These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Proto operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
